Xerox Phaser 4622 printer is suitable for established small-to-medium business, top priority is often less about the number of gadgets and funky designs and more about speed, capacity and reliability. With this in mind, Xerox comes with a Phaser 4622 mono laser printer, a brand among affordable workplaces.

Xerox Phaser 4622 has a size of 476 x 541 x 420mm and weighs 35kg. It comes with a 100-fold multipurpose tray on the front and the bottom tray can hold 550 sheets of paper, normally able to smell 500 sheets of paper every day. Connectivity on Phaser 4622 is via Ethernet to your network or USB 2.0 to one PC or Mac. If it is important to have a wireless connection, an additional 802.11n Wireless network adapter can be attached which will also create native support for mobile/tablet printing with Apple AirPrint. The USB port on the front allows direct printing of the flash drive and thus passes the need for PC altogether.

The control panel is firmly in front of the output tray and the button is kept to a minimum, with a simple Menu and Back button next to the arrow, the last number pad and three buttons for Help, Stop and Energy Saver. The disappointing view is a basic mono text reader when we might expect a colour touchscreen with a possible preview function.
