Xerox Phaser 3330 is the ideal printer for small businesses that print colour printing or print with large paper volumes, Phaser 330 is Xerox's latest entry in its black-and-white printers. This printer is capable of printing at 42ppm. The Phaser 3330 comes with a 1GHz processor and 512MB of memory that can not be expanded. It has a fast first print time of 6.5 seconds. Xerox assesses its duty cycle at 80,000 pages per month.

The Phaser 3330 printer supports PCL, PostScript and PDF direct printing languages. USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi are standard connectivity features. Mobile printing is also supported by Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria and Xerox Print Service Plug for Android devices. In addition, users with Android-based devices can print from their phone or tablet with an optional Near Field Communication (NFC) kit. The Phaser 3330 includes security features, such as IPsec, IP Filtering, print security and wireless security (WPA and WEP codes). The Phaser 3330 is not intended for larger businesses. In addition, it does not support multifunction or colour printing.

Paper handling starts with a 250 sheet tray and 150 sheets bypass which both receives paper up to 8.5 "x 14". There is an optional 550 sheet tray for the maximum capacity of 850 sheets.
